The beads will absorb the water and expand. Just soak in cold water for 10 minutes until crystals fully absorb the water. The scarf will be ICY COOL after the beads are filled with water. Gently remove excess water then tie around your neck, wrist, or head. When wet, the towel/scarf becomes considerably cooler than the outside air, thereby providing cooling relief to the user. When it stops cooling, simply re-wet the towel and wring it out. Within minutes it is cool again. This scarf can be reused more than 500 times. Customized logo is welcomed.
