Temperature range: -58 to 572 deg F (-50 to 300 deg C). Degree C/F switch. Fast reading digital meat thermometer achieves an accurate temperature reading within 3 to 5 seconds. Press and hold "ON/OFF" button for 3 seconds to turn the display off.
